The world is filled with highly skilled, talented, motivated individuals, and there are certainly many worthy projects that have huge potential. But how can you be sure that your team has the common spirit necessary to reach your collective goals?

 

Nick Lynch is a facilitator. By definition, a facilitator is someone who helps make things easy. Most of us know how complicated it can get working on a project with other people. Oftentimes it seems that people don't disclose their true agendas until you are 2/3rds into something, and there's no turning back!

 

What if everyone in your group had the opportunity to privately surrender all of their fears and limiting thoughts at the very first project meeting? What if they were then given the opportunity to freely share their deepest desires that are fueling their involvement? Finally what if the "collective consciousness" of the key team members could be documented and prioritized before any work on the project began?
